So one of my favorite quotes is "If you always do what you always did you'll always get what you always got"..wow, I'm getting a weird deja vu that I started with this when I first came to SP 3 years ago........anyway...

I pulled out my old calorie cycling numbers and changed things to fit where I am now and I am going back to that program............It ROCKED for me in a BIG way before sooo why not now, RIGHT? My workouts are gonna be a bit less to start sooo my I won't earn the same calories that I did before but I WILL get there before the year is through.

Here are the new numbers for 2011...I'm gonna try the plain ole' fat loss and maybe after I "earn" more calories then I will switch to the extreme fat loss

    Cherry ~ I KNOW that you can do this!!!! Look at what you have been able to accomplish in the past!!!! You can do it NOW!!!! Please don't wait until you are older like me, when your body doesn't want to lose the weight & when it is much harder!!!! Do this for YOU.....YOU DESERVE IT!!!!
