So one of my favorite quotes is "If you always do what you always did you'll always get what you always got"..wow, I'm getting a weird deja vu that I started with this when I first came to SP 3 years ago........anyway...
I pulled out my old calorie cycling numbers and changed things to fit where I am now and I am going back to that program............It ROCKED for me in a BIG way before sooo why not now, RIGHT? My workouts are gonna be a bit less to start sooo my I won't earn the same calories that I did before but I WILL get there before the year is through.
Here are the new numbers for 2011...I'm gonna try the plain ole' fat loss and maybe after I "earn" more calories then I will switch to the extreme fat loss
