I had a whole blog entry written and pushed a button...now it is gone!! I will sum it up quick.

Food intake good yesterday. Rode the bike 30 minutes. Went to the movies for my birthday. Too much swearing, but other than that...a fun movie. That will be my last birthday celebration for the year.

I get to volunteer at PLUK today. I am behind, due to taking lots of time off this summer. I had fun!!
