My Next Goal

I didn't quite hit my 2 hours of exercise today but I'm working my way back up there. I was able to get in one hour on the bike and a few strength training exercises. I still need to work on the food but I'm happy just remembering to track everything right now. The more settled we get, the easier the healthy routine becomes! Tomorrow, I'm going to try to get up early and get in as much exercise before everyone wakes up as possible! :) Exercise in the morning is my next goal. I don't even care how much I exercise right now, I just want to work on getting up BEFORE everyone else for the rest of the month. If I can get used to that, than I think I'll be able to slowly increase my exercise. That's the plan, anyway. ;)
