A slow Saturday turns into lots of activity!!
Saturday, August 20, 2011
I thought I was going to have a slow Saturday, but that is not the case now. I hadn't planned much until yesterday. I forgot to go to the library, so decided Bobbie and I would go to the library. She also needs to pick up a couple prescriptions from their trip to the doctor yesterday. Then I was too tired last night to do laundry, so that is also on the agenda today. Not too bad. It is okay. Then last night my neighbor called and she needs to go to Same Day Care because she thinks she has shingles. Well, I would never turn someone down when they really need to see a doctor and for shingles...that can be so painful!! So when Same Day Care opens this morning, I will take her there and on the way drop off her grandson at home...he stayed the night with her. Well, I am already worn out and I have just blogged about my day!!
Hopefully everything will go smoothly and I won't be out and about all day!!
I was in bed early again last night. Just couldn't stay awake after getting up at 5 am to go to water aerobics at 7 am. It was totally worth it!! I swam for 45 minutes and it felt good!! Then I sat in the hot tub. Ahhhh.....what a way to start the day!!
A hot shower afterwards and I started my day running!! I had lots to do and accomplished all of it except laundry. Once I got home after picking Bobbie and Vance up from the doctor I couldn't leave my recliner!! I was just too tired and I really needed to relax!!
I took out a magazine and read for awhile. Then I headed to the bedroom with a book. I finished it off and was asleep by 8:30 pm. Such a life!! Linda called at 9:30 pm to ask if I would take her to the doctor and I fell right back to sleep after talking to her. I am really excited to start
!! I finally got it in the mail! I am going to take it to the doctor when I take Linda and read a little of it.
Well, I better get in the shower! I need a little boost to get myself going this morning!! It may be a long day...although I hope not!!
Have a good one and remember...it is what you make it!
