Is my diet affecting AF?

Saturday, August 20, 2011

So ever since I have started eating more healthy (June 1st)...I have not had a visit from aunt flow...I have not really ever had a regular cycle until about a year ago...I got it like clock work (with the help of meds)...and now I am 52 days late (and no, I am not pregnant..wish I was though)...Not sure what it going on...I havent even had ANY signs that it may be coming (aside from sore breasts that started 2 days ago), but I usually have HORRIBLE cramps...I havent had the first cramp...Im wondering if she will ever come to visit...I would like my cycle to go back to being regular...life is easier that way!!!! UUGGGHHH

Mine was late the first month on this diet - by a week, but otherwise it was normal (less symptoms though) I agree a doctor's visit is in order.

Maybe it's time for a doctor's visit? I know that when I gained weight I became irregular and my doctor said it was due to my weight, but you're eating healthy and losing weight. Of course, it is an adjustment to your system and one thing usually affects everything else so it could be that your body is still adjusting.
