When the couch looks good but you know the gym feels better

After a long ride home from the ocean today, hanging in the house and lounging on the couch sounded really good. But then I thought. I want this. I want to be healthy. I want to feel good about myself. I want to complete the tri. I deserve to go to the gym.
I hopped on the dreadmill first. I wanted to see how long it would take to complete a mile walk jogging and I found that it took 16 minutes. I am hoping that i can walk faster for the tri, but again, I want to complete it.
After the dreadmill experiment I hopped on the AMT for my work out. I again was drenched when i finished, but the best part of was when I finished I felt like I was one step closer to my goal!
