I'm still feeling the after-effects of taking a nap yesterday! Naps really mess up my day. I usually lay down with my two little ones for about 10 minutes, just enough time to get them to sleep. Then, I get up eat my lunch and get in my exercise and whatever else I want to do while it's quiet. When I nap though, I get none of those things done and I feel bad, physically and mentally. I think it's all mainly mental. If I don't get things done that I wanted to do, then my head starts to hurt, everything feels rushed and I still feel tired. This morning I still feel tired, but I went to sleep at a decnt hour last night, so I'm blaming it on yesterday's nap. Hopefully, I can get them to sleep today and then get my stuff done, so I get back on track!
