I do not blog much but with this one I will cross the 25,000 Spark Points. I just wish my weight would have gone down with my rise in points.

I read the articles but they rarely motivate me much or at least enough to lose.

    Congrats on your points.

    Do you need to ramp up your program -- either your meal plan and/or your exercise plan? Are you getting enough calories? Enough fat (yes fat!) Or are you eating too much. Wishing your weight would drop will not make it so. You need to work at it!

    Do you have any buddies that you can connect with for the motivation.... I know it is hard. (been there, done that, bought the t-shirt) You could start each day by checking in with your buddies and recommit to your program.

    I wish you much success as you go forward.
