Challenge Blog: My 2 Motivators

This week's challenge is to write about two people who inspire me. There are so many wonderful people on Spark, that I could have written about each and every friend I have made because they have inspired me in one way or another. But, when I look back on who I have known since the first days of my journey here on SParks and who have been my side throughout my journey, I have 2 special people that come to mind....

One is my Sparkfriend -got2finish-. I wrote a blog about why I love her for her birthday. That blog really says it all! One thing Pam has done that has given her so much success is he has cut down a lot on sugar and white flour...and she has made amazing progress!! She always keeps it real- no eating plan or lifestyle is worth beans if you can't have a beer with a friend on a Friday night!! She is steady and positive..and she just keeeps working at it every day!

Another Sparkfriend who has been so special to me is Louisa- LLTSO1- www.sparkpeople.com/mypa

Louisa is one of the most determined people I have met on Spark. She has been so incredibly successful with her weight loss. When I need motivation, I go to her page to read her blogs and I always learn something from her. She is always supportive and stops by to offer me encouragement when I need it, praise when I deserve it, and perspective when I lack it! SHe is also wonderful because I often run across her comments on other people's pages- she always takes time to share so much of herself. I love watching her progress as she has become an established runner!

These two women have been very special to me, as have many others. I think it is awesome to meet people at different phases of their journey and see how they handle the twists and turns, successes and failures! I appreciate all of my motivators here on SPark, but I'd have to publish a large book in order to write about each and every one...and I think it's pretty cool I have so many great friends! Thanks to you all!!
