This is my new goal! It should be easily attainable as long as I am consistent!
To reach my goal I need to:
1) Track before I eat. (That should be simple. My laptop is usually sitting on the kitchen table.)
2) Keep up an hour of exercise per day, but strive for two.
b) Continue Wii challenges
3) Stay involved in the Sparkteams that i enjoy, to make sure I am logging in everyday.
c)Wii Fit Challenge
4) Review these steps and start weighing in once a week.
