Been AWFUL about tracking BUT...

Still eating pretty OKAY


I know I haven't been tracking like I should...and of course the more I skip tracking the less I want to track SIMPLY BECAUSE it's time consuming............

Thankfully I am mostly a creature of habits sooooo I recall what I've eaten and I've been good about not deviating from my typical foods

TOMORROW i HAVE to get on TRACK (ing)!!!



Saturday

JUST BAD.....................Popsic

Monday

harcore protein pancakes

turkey-swiss-mustard wrap

kettle corn

chicken salsa on a wrap/sour cream/romaine lettuce salad with ranch

pb cup crispy tortilla dessert

4 popsicles

Tuesday
pb cup crispy tortilla dessert

same as monday (----)-the salad....(+) watermelon at lunch

3 popsicles

ALL DAYS..............COFFEE AS USUAL

    All good. I've found I need to enter food into the nutrition tracker so I can see those numbers staring me in the face....sometimes I really surprise myself by how much I underestimate the calories
