It's hard to believe Monday is Labor day signaling the official end of summer.
And with summer ending so is the 5% Summer Challenge
This summer has had some ups and downs for me
but I'm happy to say thanks to my Sparks friends, groups, and challenges the downs were not as big of a drop nor did they last as long.
It's great having y'all to help cheer me on when I'm doing good
to give me hugs and encourage meant when I'm down
laugh with me over some of my crazy adventures
and challenge me to keep going and do better.
The 2 things I've learned the most from the 5% Summer Challenge & Cat's Team is:
1) How important logging my food is, not just for the calories but the amt. of salt and fiber in my diet.
2) I do better when I'm given a challenge than I do on my own
I'm getting better at judging the right amounts of food, but still need to measure, also still need to work on making sure to plan ahead, and I've leaned to enjoy exercise.
I still have a way to go and things to learn, but you know I think I'm going to enjoy this Fall because I'm not alone. I have all of you.
Oh and I can't wait for the 5% Fall Challenge and continue loosing weight.
