I just started supreme 90 this monday

Wednesday, September 07, 2011

And so far so good! I find it a lot easier than P90X and Insanity, but then this morning, I broke a real sweat with Tabata Inferno. This is so far my favourite DVD. (7 more to go?)

And..... to my surprise, I was at 125.8 this morning. This is the lowest I have been in a long time. I am pretty pleased with that.

September will be a good month!

I think P90X is easier than S90. P90X (video) takes way to many breaks, however if you work off the Worksheets then you could drastically increase the Intensity. With S90 trying to keep the pace and lifting heavy is quite challenging. Only thing i really miss in P90X is the Pull-ups.

Thanks for the comment on my blog about finishing Supreme90.

It is a great program - Tabata is amazing. I loved the whole program all the way through.

Looks like you like the intense workouts! I had wanted to do P90x, but didn't have the money or the time to invest in it. Supreme90 was a perfect solution for me. I'll be interested in your comparisons.

I just started too! I liked Tabata, but I really liked Chest and Back, and holy crap, I did Shoulders and Arms last night and today it hurt to wash my hair!

Tabata Inferno is one of my favorites! All of them are but Tabata is one of my top!

I love the program. I have heard it's easier and harder than P90X. I am curious now. I am signing up to be a beach body coach and think I am gonna give P90X a whirl!

Welcome to the program! You'll love it the more you get into it! emoticon
