Somehow, some way....

I've tracked every single piece of food that has entered my mouth since the 2nd has been entered in my tracker! emoticon I have been logging like a fool. Unfortunately, I have only been within my range one day. I have had emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon, and just had a couple of pop tarts. But, again, somehow some way, I have still stayed below my BMR, so my body is still burning more calories than I am eating! emoticon. I have also drank my water, and exercised at least 20 mins every day, aside from today. I have emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and emoticon (closest thing to dancing!).

Eating the right foods, tracking my mistakes, and staying within my caloric range has always been an issue with me (I have been tracking calories on and off for over 3 years!). So instead of focusing on everything at once, I plan on just trying to do something active at least 20mins daily, logging ALL of my food, even the one's I'm not proud of, and drinking my water, which has never been an issue. Ignoring (by not tracking) my bad meals, or days, does not erase them. I hope putting it all down will help me change my eating habits for the better.

    You inspire me to d the same thing - track my mistakes. But those 3 glasses of wine just don't look right...

    You are right though, not tracking them will not make them go away.
