Well, September is well on it's way!! It is cooler during the day, just in the 80's and definitely cooler at night being in the 50's most nights. I still run the air a bit...mostly because I have trouble breathing and my apartment still gets hot during the day.

I am enjoying the cooler temps, especially during the day. I am able to wear my capri's now and that is nice. I need to go get a pair of jeans at Good Will or a second hand store, before I need them. I wasn't able to find any that fit on my last shopping trip and figured I didn't need them right away anyway!!

I slept well last night getting 7 hours a sleep with 1 melatonin tablet. That is good, because I went to be pretty early. I wouldn't have gotten up as early as I did, but I had a terrible nightmare. I have lots of trouble going back to sleep after waking from a nightmare!! Anyway, I feel rested and got enough sleep last night. emoticon

I have another busy day. I will eat well, do what needs to be done and exercise!! That is a big need for me, but I think I finally broke the plateau I was on!! It was not weigh-in day today, but I was less than I have been all week!! emoticon I think the recumbent bike yesterday did the trick!! I will have to remember that. I need to switch it up sometimes. Swimming feels really good, but is not always enough for me!! emoticon

I have more Peer to Peer interviews today. And a lunch for a lady at church. It should be a good day!! emoticon

I am going to eat healthy, exercise and have a busy day. Those are my goals!! I think I can accomplish them! Now that September is here, it is just going to stay really busy. That is a good thing!

Have a great day and remember, it is what you make it!!
