Slept in the recliner last night after taking a benadryl another night. I wouldn't be able to breathe very well right now without it! emoticon

I hope the scale is nice tome tomorrow, because I get on it everyday...to keep my weight in check!! It is at it's lowest since I started DPP and SP. I hope for a good weigh-in tomorrow too! Wish me vibes for when I step on the scale tomorrow!! emoticon

I ate lots of small things yesterday. mostly protein, veggies and fruit. I didn't track it, as I was feeling so bad I didn't really eat a full meal all day. That's okay. I had plenty to eat, just not full meals at one time. And man did I get lots of rest!! I hope to feel a little better today, but who knows how it will go??

I woke up sweating in my recliner. I am going to go take a short nap in the bed in a few minutes. I really do need the rest right now and since I am not going to church, why not nap!! Then I will read today and maybe watch a few kids movies. I have plenty to watch and they don't take much concentration.!! emoticon I will be on the computer some today, too! That is always a good way to kill extra time.

Not sure what I am going to eat today. I know I have rump roast I cooked in the crock pot the other night...it turned out delicious! And my 4 bean salad is pretty good. Of course, all the veggies I got yesterday will for sure be on the menu!!
