MOTIVATION MONDAY!

The hardest part is simply putting your workout clothes on and getting out the door. Tell yourself "I'll do at least 10 min of workout!"
Next thing you know, you'll be warmed up, you'll get a nice flush of endorphins and those 10 min can easily turn into 30, 40, or even 60 min.

Just DO IT!
