So I want honest answers (if anyone reads this that is lol!!) how do you reboot your motivation when it seems to start slipping? Honestly I feel like I get more motivated when I start seeing the numbers on the scale going down or my skin has a prettier glow than normal but then I seem to lose my stride and get knocked off course.
The only problem I have with losing motivation is that I tend to fall back into terrible habits that I had in my high school and early college years. I had an eating disorder and I would just not eat at all. I try to avoid this coping mechanism because I know it is very bad on your body but I must say it is hard not to skip meals. So if anyone can give me a pointer of what helps them out I would love to hear it.
