Well today started at 4:15 am. So I've had plenty of time to get amped up about my new attitude. It is 7:33 am and I am having my breakfast. Then I am going to take my son to work and get my husband up so he can go to work. After that is when my day starts. It will be breakfast time for the children I babysit . Then they will get dressed, brush their teeth and start cleaning up their beds. I then will start my cleaning but I will do it a little differently today. I will put on some music and move around a little more than I would before. Kind of a high impact cleaning you would say. I think I can work up a sweat doing this and burn calories at the same time. Before I would just do it to get it done, now I want to really use it as a cardio exercise. After the baby sitting kids leave or maybe when they go down for their nap I will do my strength training. (If all goes well). Later after dinner I will take my walk and end the day with a nice hot shower and prepare for tomorrow. I have a positive attitude about today and here's hoping that it goes as planned.
