Now what do you do when there is a set back? Not the kind that most people think of like messing up your diet or not working out. I mean like hurting your self. I fell the other night and had to be taken to the hospital and had to get 4 stitches in my knee. It just happen to be the first walk of my cardio program and the last thing I needed to do that day. I am afraid of busting the stitches but want to stick to it. What do you think?
