Accepting small steps

Wow! More than a year since I indicated that my goals were changing and that a move might be part of it. Have moved location -- it has benefits plus the unknown. I seem to enjoy the new location most. Everyone else around me still stressing. And while the upside of the move seems to be more ways for me to have time and motivation toward my own good health, the down right now is having to re-gain ground.
Weight-wise I'm back at pre-SparkPeople weight, but motivation and planning wise, I am ahead.
