This Challenge starts this week - and I am getting ready for it...the goal - lose 5%....for me that would be about 8 pounds....I would be psyched to pull this off - that would get me w/in 6 of goal #1......not sure what goal #2 is - but it might be goal #1 - depends on how I feel....
So - I have to post my 5% Commitment:
How much and how often will you exercise? I will run 20-25 miles per week through my half marathon...after a bit of recovery, I am going to tweak down the running and start back into Insanity - and make it through the 60 days....this will take me to just about Christmas...that's a great place to end that...
What diet will you follow? Nothing to rigid....I am going to track and stay w/in ranges...knowing that sometimes I am going to need more fuel to power the long runs and recovery.
How will you support your team? I will participate in all challenge activities and post timely.
What do you want to change? My shape...I want to be leaner and stronger
How do you want to look? sexy, toned, fit, healthy
How do you want to feel? proud, sexy, confident, fit, healthy
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? Challenge my kids to succeed at their goals, by being fit enough to push them (the big one is at that age where he needs it) and the little one loves to run - so we are going to do a running club together.
And list all the OTHER things that you want to change! I just want to look and feel better....be fitter and leaner and stronger.
Chocolate chip cookies and brownies are biggies - I just can't have them in the house....
Boredom is another......so I try not to be that........
Stress....getting better about turning to exercise - but it's still there.
