Learn 7 ways to spark your metabolism using the Power of Pleasure
with Jenna Abernathy — Divine Hunger Health Coaching

Jenna Abernathy teaches women how their crazy-making food behaviors are their POWER in disguise, and how to tap this power to create a life and body they love without starving or punishing exercise. www.openheartwellness.com

I attended this workshop in Portland, Oregon last weekend. Everything typed above (including my blog entry title) was "cut-and-pasted" from the program. AWESOME and so true that I want to shout what I learned from the roof top! I will try to post the handouts on my spark page but here is a gift for you. I obtained a telephone conference link from today (Monday) that is very beneficial. (Yes, I asked and received written permission today before posting here on SP.)

Do you care enough about feeling healthy to give yourself the gift of 63 minutes? If not, how about just the last 33 minutes...that is where the two page illustrated handouts are explained. Did I say they are "awesome"!?! This link is free instruction that I believe will help me in my food, exercise, good health journey.

May be the BEST 60 minutes you give yourself! Here's the conference call link! (Cut and paste web address into your browser...didn't work properly as a link.) https://www.freeconferencing.c

Every "sparkie" should listen as there is much "food/knowledge" given that fits this forum purrfectly. If you give yourself the gift of listening to, at least the LAST 30 minutes of the 60 minute conference, please share what you gleaned that might help other Sparkies or that rings true and is going to assist you....that will help reinforce for me too.
