Today I will -

Tuesday, September 20, 2011

- eat three meals and two snacks
- drink 8 glasses of water
- take my dog for a walk
- unload the dishwasher
- run the crib bedding through the washer and put it on Roo's bed
- sweep and dust the main floor of the house
- go to my Ultrasound on time & ready
OOHH! and read at least a chapter (or three) from my current book "the Help".

Tonight, I will try to run 5 or 6 kilometres but I will probably end up doing them on my bike. Either way, I'll get my 30 minutes of activity that I want.
Not too crazy a plan but one that should keep me thinking ahead and on track.
