Just another day in my life.

So today is just another day in my life. I see the dentist at 9 am. It is a different dentist. They have a sliding fee scale and will be cheaper than the $1040 I was quoted. I can see them for all my dental work. Now I just have to call my old dentist and tell the reception I won't be seeing them anymore. I hate to do that, but it is just so expensive!!

Then I will go do laundry. Bobbie is going to be home, so it won't be so boring. They don't want her to come into work yet. Nobody wants to get sick. I have been around Vance when the kids at Skyview where sick, so I don't feel too uncomfortable about going to their house to do laundry. It is free to do it there and I have all day after my appointment. Usually I have 3 hours to do laundry, so this will be nice!!

The only other thing I am doing today is taking Bobbie to the eye doctor. She had some tests and is seeing the eye doctor for the results.

Tonight is all mine!! That will be nice! I don't have any plans yet, but I am sure I will enjoy it!!

The scale went down, so the exercising yesterday must have helped. I know we fluctuate from day to day, but when it starts creeping up I know I need to do something differently!

I ate really good yesterday...was on track all day. I also tracked everything I ate. Today I have started out with a banana. That is a good start. I will also have some lite peaches and a cup of milk. Not sure what else, but I will have more than just that for breakfast.
