Hmm which shall I prioritize (weights, cardio)

I have come a long way since physical therapy beginnings. My plantar faciatis is hardly an issue in my life anymore though I do still do the stretching (physical therapy) on a regular basis.
I am adding weights to my yoga program. LOVE yoga. Upon writing this sentence I recall an article by SP. I need to prioritize the weights...thank YOU SP!
I will switch up my daily workout goal to include 10 minutes of cardio EVERY day...starting last night. Even though I just started the weight lifiting. Thanks Leeda -
