GOD LISTENS TO PRAYERS

Friday, September 23, 2011

How is everyone doing? I've been doing a lot of praying lately and things seem to going a great deal better. My mom is in the hospital, but she is doing well. My workouts are going great. I feel like a have so much more muscle than I used to. I guess all my workouts are showing progress now. I know that they help me stay positive, and believe me, I need that right now. I still walk between seven to ten miles daily and I do strength training daily. I recently purchased a stepper and I love it. I pray that all of you are well!!! KEEP SPARKING, MY FRIENDS AND MAY GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!!!!!

Will keep your mom in my prayers. I am happy you are able to keep up the great workouts. Under stress I don't always stay focused so I applaud you for doing this.

Terrific! I bought a stair stepper many years ago and it was not only tough but effective.
