A good Saturday with lots of things accomplished.

I accomplished quite a bit today. Of course, that was after a 3 hour nap!! I was tired this morning after only 5 hours of sleep. I took a melatonin last night and just couldn't wake up.

I had some help doing some computer work I needed to get done for church. I know how to use a couple functions on the computer I didn't know how before. emoticon That is exciting...as I have always wondered how to do them. Now I hope I remember what I learned today!!

Other than a 3 hour nap and doing some computer work, I really didn't do much else. It took a long time to get that computer stuff done.

I ate within my calorie range today and tracked all my food. I didn't exercise. I need to get in the pool next week. I am out of consistently going and need to start up again. emoticon

    My aunt writes new things down in a notebook that stays by her computer; she writes them out step by step and trys to explain it in a way she will understand. I'm also out of sync right now; this week got hectic and I had to improvise my plans. As a result I am still completing things. I'm going to try again next week. Hopefully I will be able to start up my nightly walk too; I've let that slide for two weeks now and I miss it. I just can't get myself to drive to the trail.
