A good Saturday with lots of things accomplished.

I accomplished quite a bit today. Of course, that was after a 3 hour nap!! I was tired this morning after only 5 hours of sleep. I took a melatonin last night and just couldn't wake up.
I had some help doing some computer work I needed to get done for church. I know how to use a couple functions on the computer I didn't know how before.
That is exciting...as I have always wondered how to do them. Now I hope I remember what I learned today!!
Other than a 3 hour nap and doing some computer work, I really didn't do much else. It took a long time to get that computer stuff done.
I ate within my calorie range today and tracked all my food. I didn't exercise. I need to get in the pool next week. I am out of consistently going and need to start up again.
