Tuesday...feeling more motivated than yesterday!

Woke up, ran 4 miles working hills and speed. It was tough!

Came home, drank 12 oz of water and weighed in at 152.5!! Woop! That's what I'm talking about! Needed to see the scale drop below 153 today!

Today's plan is to hit the grocery store right after work so that we have food for the rest of the week. I want to make sure I have good snacky foods like fruits and veggies!

May even try to get some extra ST in today and hit lower body since I am going on a 4-5 mile run again Thursday...prob shouldn't have jello legs for that.

    WooHoo....it is great what staying focused does.....yay....

    I have had 2 great days....
    Have been introduced to Joel Fuhrman's plan and it is amazing......the scales are going down amazingly....

    Have a look on the team....dailychallenge of balancing diet and exercise.....under the topic Delivering incredible health and weightloss forum there is a thread there about an eating plan devided by Joel Fuhrman.....

    I started it 2 days ago.....well kinda....nomorestalling was kind enough to message the menu for me ...
    I have put on some and need it off by 9th October....
    Am amazed at how I am feeling....walked yesterday...first time in 2 weeks....and the scales are going down at a great rate....from monday to today they are down 1.5kg.....am amazed......could be something that helps you.....

    Awesome. That's a great motivator for me. I wish I could workout in the mornings but I just can't get myself to do so. Wish I had ur strength. Keep it goin.
