Tuesday...feeling more motivated than yesterday!

Woke up, ran 4 miles working hills and speed. It was tough!
Came home, drank 12 oz of water and weighed in at 152.5!! Woop! That's what I'm talking about! Needed to see the scale drop below 153 today!
Today's plan is to hit the grocery store right after work so that we have food for the rest of the week. I want to make sure I have good snacky foods like fruits and veggies!
May even try to get some extra ST in today and hit lower body since I am going on a 4-5 mile run again Thursday...prob shouldn't have jello legs for that.
