Thomas Bagel Thin..with weight watchers cream cheese..instead of the 2 tbsp. I had only 1 with a small banana and 100 calorie Starbucks Coffee

Snack


1 Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt with Granola and a water

Lunch


2 Slices Weight Watchers Multi Grain Bread, Hillshire Ovenroasted Turkey Breast, Weight Watchers Cheese, Yellow Mustard, Chex Mix Cheddar, Water

Dinner


Shake n Bake Pork Chop that I split with Hannah, Mac n cheese only half serving that I still didn't finish, salad with 1 tbsp reduced fat ranch dressing with a reduced fat cheese stick cut up..and water
