Doing the happy dance this morning!

I did it! I finally reached one of my goals. To only be overweight and not obese! I got on my scale this morning and I was at 185. That's makes my BMI 29.8 and me overweight and not obese! This is the least I've weighed since I had my 19 year old.
I'm only 10 pounds off my original goal and then it will be time for me to make a new goal. I started doing weight watchers online to get me going again and I've lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks. That's an average of 1.5 pounds a week. I'm walking as much as I can and making an effort to move more. I think that's the biggest change I've made. I got a fitbit and it really makes me motivated to move more. Everyday I try to beat my steps from the day before. I still haven't hit 10,000 (How do people do that!?!?) but I'm getting better everyday. I guess all I can say is, if I can do it, anybody can do it.
