Monday, another one...

I am using this Monday to inspire a good week. I woke up this morning, without hitting the snooze button. Did the one mile Leslie Sansone workout, had a healthy breakfast of yogurt and an apple. I have packed a healthy lunch and uploaded a new audio book onto my iPod to inspire a nice long lunch time walk. Tonight after dinner, which will be healthy, I will do the three mile Leslie workout.

My goal for today is to avoid the afternoon snacking. From three to five is my hardest time of day. I get home from work around three and I just want to snack snack snack, and typically, it is not healthy things that I want. I want toast with butter and jelly, or pasta and pesto.

I have packed an apple to have on the way home from work and will clean my bathroom when I get home instead of snacking.

Well, off to herd the kiddos out the door.
