Puppy Update....and a GREAT run....

My mileage seems to have fallen way off due to the weather and extra care days for my niece, so I was worried that my legs would lose some of their running "stuff" - but I am no longer worried...today I did 5.3 in 54, and I only had to stop to take off my long sleeve shirt - I way over dressed for the 57 degree weather.....still a short sleeve and tshirt temp for sure - but it has been so long since we had that temp I forgot......

It felt great....and I just did it - if you told me at this time in May that a 5.3 mile run would be a no brainer - and not something that would find me in need of a nap later in the day I would have told you you were CRAZY.....but no - no prob.

We received some puppy photos today - Crunch (I think it is going to stick) is now 10 weeks.....he is just so cute!!!!!



18 sleeps and a wake up until we get to meet him (that is how my kids count down to anything exciting).....

Which means 19 sleeps and a wake up until the half.....everything exciting is happening that weekend.
