I am finding that fatigue is holding me back from attaining my goals. My husband says that not doing enough will cause fatigue. I know there are many different things that cause fatigue but not doing anything or not enough of something. I think that I need help with this one. What do you think? Can fatigue really be caused by not doing enough?

Yes! The more you sit, the more icky you feel. If you start doing, you'll feel better. Have you heard the saying "good tired", that's when you've done a hard workout, went for a long walk, or went on a strenuous hike or worked your body hard doing yard work or gardening. That makes your body tired in a good way. Fatigue is more boredom in my experience.

I think so.. you know the saying...
You don't use it... You lose it!
It is true. The more you sit the less
likely you will want to move.
    Good luck!
