Loving the soreness!

Soooo sore today. Had an awesome active day yesterday. =) Did my running group in the morning with hill sprints for an hour, then worked, then did a quick 45 minute ST workout with circuits and a bit of cardio. Today, I am sore as can be! I love it though!

Plan for today:
Run 4 miles around trail at my school after working.
Bike ride with the in-laws tonight after coaching for an hour.

I'm hoping for a good run. It's hot, so it will be a sweaty one, but good for me to get the crap outta my body. =)

I tried lunch box Sushi today...it really wasn't bad. My bread was falling apart tho and it didn't really stay in sushi form. I may just need better bread, but I am thinking I'll try making the real stuff. Seems pretty easy after doing this.

I am feeling great about all my exercise I'm getting. It's nice to feel refreshed and energized! I do think Friday and Sunday will be my rest days this week though. Saturday is a long run, and I'm thinking with the way my body feels, I'll need a rest after that. And with my soreness, I'll need a rest after my 5 mile run on Thursday.
