Starting up Sports bra Sparkies again!

So I didn't do such a great job last round of sports bra sparkies... 6 week 6 pack challenge. I kinda gave up after week three. So...this time I'm going to nail it... Have about 6 weeks til my half marathon so I will be training hard for that as well as working to shed a few lbs before the race.

I'll post beginning pics tomorrow. Will post start weight and inches.

On another note...I set a goal for this month to run 60 miles. I have so far run 8. So I have quite a way to go til I make my 60. Goal for tomorrow is to run 10. I haven't run more than 7 yet so this will be a big jump. We'll see how that goes! I have a new pair of running shoes, new running shirt, gotten some Gu to help with energy, and got a water bottle for running. I'm looking forward to it tomorrow!

    We need to all support each other more this round! I hope we all grow as a team and friends. Accountability through picture taking is key. Glad you are going to attack this harder this time around!!!

    I'm starting again too. My honeymoon style eating (aka not following the meal plan) has kinda continued this week. Need to cut that now!!
