Its been a while....

Well I am back for some motivation. I joined a challenge. I struggle with PMDD wich is a horrible PMS. It really wreaks havoc on my life. My goal is to track my food everyday. It seems very overwhelming. I want my clothes to fit loosely. They are getting tight and my weight is creeping up slowly. I dont have the motivation to eat very strict wich is what I have to do to stay in the 150 range. One Day At A Time Kristina....One Meal At A Time. Consistency is Key!!
