Speed training this week

I am happy that my faster intervals are all consistent and under 8 minute mile. I also kept my slower intervals under the 10 minute mark, which I was happy about.

Intervals 5x400 at the track

Max - 6.07 mile
Warm up - .41 10.11 mile
400 - 7.11
400-9.43
400-7.37
400-9.47
400-7.52
400-9.22
400-7.39
400-9.49
400-7.00 (yippee!)
