going back to and at work!

I am feeling better now, i'm going back to work after 7 days "off". I'll mostly work on day shifts so I will try to go to bed early and go to the gym after my day at work. It won't be easy but it's doable.
I am happy that I weighted in -4 lbs!! I hope I'll do what it takes to make it go down down down! I will try to go back at tracking my food intake, it helps even though it takes a lot of time and focus. Need to drink more water too, but that's the easy part :)
I work 13 days in a row with just one day off in the middle.
