I feel so much better working out. It is a pain though when you stop and then start again because your muscles want to resist your new actions since they have gotten use to doing nothing. Better now then never!
That is very true. Depending on how long of a break you have taken, you may want to either lighten the weight or lower the reps and build back up. I know we sometimes stop doing something and want to come right back where we left off, but we need to remember we are trying to improve our bodies and that means taking care of them.
