Office Visit

Today was time for another trek to the surgeon's office. They did X-rays but he didn't make any comment on them. He took off my wound vac bandage and looked at my incision. Still have 2 large spots, but they are looking better according to him. Probably another 2-4 weeks on the wound vac. He decided not to continue antibiotics-I have been on them since August and I have had some issues with them. He did continue the pain meds since the spots are still very sore to sleep on. I also had another disability form for them to sign. It looks like we may be extending time off another month-but too early to say for sure. We will have to see how fast it closes and then when he wants me to do physical therapy since I am out of vacation time to do it.

I was tired and the office was busy so it was a pretty short visit. I had a tough time sleeping last night-not sure if it was the rain coming in or if I overdid it yesterday. I went to both Krogers and PetSmart and did a lap around each store. That's the most walking I've done (2951 steps) since surgery, so I may be sore from that too.

Weekend is another lunch. I am starting to go a little crazy with the rainy weather and the leash on.
