I need to run more. I don't run enough to be training for a half marathon. So, starting tomorrow..I am running more. =) Sis in law ran without me today so I am running without her tomorrow. Plan is to do 7 miles. Suck. By myself. Looks like I'm cranking the tunes and getting lost in the music. I WANT to do this, I just don't like running by myself. But I know I CAN do this.
So, this week's plan is the following:
Sunday: 7 miles
Tues: Hills/speedwork-3 miles
Thursday: 5 miles
Friday: 5 miles
I plan on logging about 17-20 miles this week. No matter what I WILL do the 7 miles by myself tomorrow. I didn't run a quarter marathon today bc I didn't want to do it by myself. Now I regret it. It has motivated me to do whatever I want to do no matter who is with me. =)
In 13 days I'm running a 15k...I need to get myself into shape! I love running and I need to do more of it!
