I recently thought of writing a blog everyday to share how I'm feeling what I did and crazy little bits of info. Today was an ordinary day. I got up, fell back asleep since we just got a new addition to our family....our puppy Max. I tracked my entries that I normally would do and a little extra. I am starting to notice the difference when I do track on a regular basis. emoticon I have lost weight but am waiting to have my weigh in exactly 1 week and to make sure it stays off.
I have had to struggle with this since I recently lost my baby at 8wks. It was awful at first just thinking about it and the thought of trying for another was out of the question, but i have tackled that monster and going full force forward emoticon
So today is/was a great day because I am one step closer to my goals, and I know we all can do it, it's our will and strengths that keep pushing us all forward.
To all my fellow sparkers....WE ALL ARE #1's AND WE ALL CAN DO IT!!!!
