Well, I see it has been quite some time since my last blog. I didn't think it was as long as it was, but one of my team members from the Fit Buckeyes kindly reminded me. I am slowly losing this weight. I had a weight loss of 3.8 pounds this week. I have also lost a total of 3 inches in the past 4 weeks. So I am a little proud of this accomplishment.
Well, the thermal ablasion I had last month didn't solve the problem. So I am currently scheduled to have a hysterectomy on November 2. However, I think I am going to postpone it. Christmas is coming. If I have it on the date scheduled, there won't be a Christmas in our house this year...again. Plus, I am not going to have enough time to cover all the time off work I will need right now. So calling the doctor tomorrow to postpone it until next year. Until then, I will just deal with the pain and bleeding.
I am doing ok on my workouts...but I could be doing much better. I need to get a plan written up on what I want to do and then stick to it. I am just always so tired until I get home from work. Don't get me wrong, I am stilll getting in a workout...mostly from working with the gentleman I take care of at work. He is a very restless, extremely active, aggressive individual.
That brings me to my next new piece of information. I entered to do a virtual 5k. Since I couldn't find any locally on any of my days off work, I figured this would be the next best thing. Hoping to keep my time under 45 minutes. But no matter my time, it is my first one and will be better than not having done it at all.
