Day 19: Week 3

As I wrap up my second week on my new lifestyle and weight loss journey, I have learned very much about myself, my weaknesses and strengths. I am more conscience of what I am putting into my mouth and what I need to do in order to have an occasional special treat. I found myself more willing to say "no" to food and not feel sorry or feel I have to eat it because someone close to me has offered it or bought it for me.

Today I did go over my calorie range today. At first I was going to split up the calories over the next couple of days so I could stay within my calorie range. Then something hit me, I realized all that is going to do is give me set backs and I am not telling the actually truth about my day. I real want to succeed and for me to succeed, I need to be true to myself and true to everyone else.
