D21 Oct '11 - Survived Last Workday of This Week!

Day #21, Friday 21st October 2011

Phew, I survived Friday, what with lots of things need to be done before start my weekend and another encounter with the former friend in a meeting. How I wish I have tons of money to get me travel across the globe, checkout Scotland and all the pretty surroundings, imagining myself as a historical romance heroine - one of my many fantasy travel & relax, hehe. Oh well, at least I don't have to work during weekend and that's is a bonus!

Trackers result:
1, Meal & water
Cereals for breakfast, ate sphagetti bolognaise for lunch and fried noodles for dinner, no rice for Day #21. Can't remember if I ate fruit, forgot to wrote that in my tracker book. Water, I drank more than previous days, 3.4 litres.

2. Sleep
8 hours, thanks to period and weekend and no alarm!

3. Exercise
2 sessions of core workout at night coz in the middle of the workout, I had to stop as I started to lose focus - not a good idea to watch fav anime, Bleach, with all those fighting actions that kept distracting me, haha. First session, 21 minutes, Crunches 2 sets of 32 reps and Crunches with Twist 2 sets of 15 reps. Second session, 11 minutes, Single Leg Stretch 2 sets of 15 reps, Reverse Crunch 2 sets of 15 reps and Scissors 1 set of 15 reps. Proud of myself doing everything in slow movement, trying to concentrate on getting good postures :D
