Ew...why does it feel so gross?!

Sunday, October 23, 2011

I hate...yes HATE the feeling of being out of routine and your body feeling bloated and sick from eating out. I was only out of town for 3 days but man those days threw my body into a gross bloated mess. Sorry bout TMI, but it's sick. I feel sick. Can't stand it. I feel like I am twenty lbs heavier! I really didn't eat like crap either...that's the crazy thing. I didn't get a workout yesterday or today and I did eat more calories than normal, but I didn't eat fried foods and greasy foods, just not my normal foods. Skipped Bfast both days and just felt outta wack.
Anyway,I'm going to hit gym hard tomorrow and try to kick my body back into gear, as well as eat super great all day. Hope it helps. End of week 2 pics need to happen for SBsparkies tomorrow..I may cheat a bit and try to give my body a day to get back to normal. We'll see.

Night all!

I fely like that when we were away last week....totally blah...boated, fat and totally frumpy....
When i got home had only increased by 300 grma which I was wrapped with....
i am learning that sometimes how we feel with our bodies isn't necessarily a true indication of where we are actually at....

Could be your body wasn't getting enough fuel for your hard work, eat those breakfasts again and kick start your metabolism.. You will be feeling better in no time. Amazing what eating out and falling out of routine does. Still at least you are getting to know your body more from it.

    Good luck!
