4 Years ago today - I made a choice that changed my life

Today is my FOUR year spark anniversary. I cannot believe that it's been four years. When i joined Sparkpeople I never thought that it would change my life the way it has. I used to think that i was so health oriented, yet I was not at the weight I wanted to be. I was unhappy physically and mentally.

The support I have gotten from my spark friends continues to inspire me. The information I continue to receive from this site has become a daily part of my routine. In the past four years I have graduated from school, watched my daughter graduate from high school and massage therapy school, fight a life threatening disease, move to a new country and get engaged.

Thank you Spark people for being such an amazing part of my life. Thanks to all the people behind the scenes for their never ending support, information and commitment.
