Good Morning All,
I have some of my friend's ask me what type of exercises I use to stay fit, below I've shared some of the links to youtube of the workout I do..I've found them to be helpful and I've gained strength, stamina and have progressed along that I never thought possible, these tools are great and have sure helped me, here's hoping you will find some help in incorporating them into your daily regime`. I also use Spark People Exercises, I have incorporated the upper, lower and core exercises to my daily routine, you can set up a program with spark people where they will help set up some exercises that are best suited for you...they also show a video to help you do the exercises, I use this tool daily.
