New week, new plan and preparation for upcoming month!
1. Meals & Water
- Rice (the main Asian food) = 4 or less cups daily if I don't substitute with others
- Freggies = 3 servings daily
- Water = 3 or more litres daily
- Moderate snacking and try not to food therapy (emotional meants food is tasteless, at least for me)
2. Sleep
- Between 6 and 8 hours nightly
- Keep sleeping schedule almost the same everyday, not different between workdays and holidays
3. Exercise
- Mon, 24th = Upper body
- Tue, 25th = Rest
- Wed, 26th = Lower body
- Thu, 27th = Rest
- Fri, 28th = Abs & Core
- Sat, 29th = BodyRock or Full body
- Sun, 30th = Rest
*** change from normal routine as there's neigbour gathering, family matter and preparating for new routine for new month. Sort of a transition week, hehe
